Un système d'avertissement visuel au sol réduisant les accidents
Dans les zones comportant de nombreux recoins et renfoncements, la sécurité des circulations est considérablement augmentée par STILL Safety Light et STILL Safety Light 4Plus. Des points lumineux bleus projetés sur le sol à une distance d’environ 5 m devant et derrière le chariot avertissent de son approche, limitant ainsi les risques de collision. Vos avantages : sécurité maximale des piétons et autres chariots aux alentours, qui disposent d’un temps de réaction supplémentaire, en particulier dans les zones à visibilité réduite de l’entrepôt. Grâce à la fonction directionnelle supplémentaire de STILL Safety Light 4 Plus avec ses quatre points lumineux mobiles, c’est non seulement la présence mais aussi les mouvements du chariot qui sont immédiatement perceptibles.

Ceinture bouclée ? Le contrôle de la ceinture de sécurité permet de réduire automatiquement la vitesse de circulation du chariot en cas de ceinture non bouclée. Dans les chariots à cabine, ce système ne s’active que lorsque la porte de la cabine est ouverte.

Dans le cadre de la protection incendie, il peut être judicieux d’équiper chaque chariot élévateur d’un petit extincteur de bord. Ce point doit être systématiquement évalué dans un audit de risques. En cas d’incendie, des mesures peuvent ainsi être prises rapidement (car directement sur place) afin d’éviter des dommages importants. Les vitrages peuvent être brisés avec le marteau d’urgence fourni.
