Not only is the double deck high lift pallet truck EXD-S 20 agile, powerful and sleekly designed, but thanks to its double-deck construction it can also handle double the load per trip while ensuring an ergonomic working height and fatigue-free order picking. Specifically, this results in a maximum travel speed of 14 km/h, a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg on two levels and an L2 dimension of just 1,150 mm. All of these features make the EXD-S 20 the perfect assistant for your warehouse, guaranteeing ergonomic operation and high safety standards for drivers, goods and surroundings — even in tight spaces.

Contributing to this are the height-adjustable STILL Easy Drive handlebar, the hydraulically suspended support wheel system, the clear view mast and the smart assistance systems. It can handle a total load of up to 2,000 kg on the initial lift, or alternatively, the load can be split into two loads of 1,000 kg loads, each between one on the initial lift and one on the mast lift.

Okay, we’ll admit it – the STILL Safety Light doesn’t actually sparkle quite that much. But it’s not far off! More importantly, it reliably lights up your EXD-S. So you can be sure that you won't be overlooked as you whizz through the warehouse. For added safety, we’ve also seamlessly integrated the safety light into the chassis. Toegangsautorisatie (zonder STILL Smart Portal) met PIN →

Met een digicode-systeem (PIN) is het eenvoudig om onbevoegd voertuiggebruik te voorkomen. Door het invoeren van de pincode kan het voertuig snel en eenvoudig in gebruik worden genomen. Op deze manier kan de toegangsautorisatie worden beperkt tot bepaalde personen of groepen. Er zijn tot tien pincodes vrij te configureren. Meer informatie

Lagere rijsnelheid met geheven vorken →

Vorken omhoog, snelheid omlaag:

Meer veiligheid, minder productbreuk en een correct gebruik van de truck - dat zijn de voordelen van het snelheidsreductiesysteem bij het omhoog zetten van het vorkenbord. Zodra de vorken een hoogte van 500 mm (of een andere gedefinieerde grens) bereiken, wordt de snelheid van de truck automatisch verlaagd. Zelfs als een bestuurder vergeet dat hij niet met geheven last mag rijden, remt het assistentiesysteem hem af, waardoor een veilig gebruik van de lading en de truck gegarandeerd is.
